Kelsie is a Project Manager responsible for driving and implementing strategic initiatives across Novo Holdings. She joined Novo Holdings in June 2018.
Prior to joining Novo Holdings Kelsie spent five years at Medtronic across the Corporate Legal and Communications teams, with a focus on System Improvement and Project Management. In her most recent role she was responsible for the publishing, integration and digitalizing the company’s internal global communications channels for 85.000 employees.
Kelsie has an International MBA (2018) with a concentration in General Management from IESE Business School, and a BA from Saint Olaf College (2011) with majors in Philosophy, English and a minor in Middle Eastern Studies. She is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
