Pia joined the Novo Nordisk Holding A/S in November 2020 as P&O Specialist. Pia handles various administrative tasks within HR operations such as payroll, pension, benefits and absence.
Prior to joining Novo Holdings A/S, Pia was Senior HR Manager at TORM A/S where she was responsible for HR operations for all employees during their employment.
Pia holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Employee Development from Niels Brock Copenhagen Business College.
