Theis joined Novo Holdings in June 2017 as a Manager in the People & Organisation team. Theis is responsible for HR operations, employment law, compliance and compensation & benefits within both Novo Holdings and the Novo Nordisk Foundation.
Prior to joining Novo Holdings Theis worked in various specialist and managerial positions within corporate HR in one of the Novo Group companies, Novo Nordisk for almost 13 years. From here he has gained expertise with employment law, compliance, operations and compensation & benefits.
Theis holds a MA of Law from the University of Copenhagen.
