Based in Edinburgh, Roslin Tech is an ambitious food and ag tech company focused on disruptive biotechnologies. The Company’s core capabilities lie in developing and commercialising animal stem cells for the nascent global cultivated meat industry. Roslin Tech was founded in 2017 as a venture between two investment firms and the University of Edinburgh from which it has certain rights to commercialise intellectual property from the University’s Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies and the Roslin Institute, a global leader in animal science.

Nis joined Novo Holdings A/S in 2016 and is Principal in the Planetary Health Investments team.
Nis participates in deal sourcing and execution as well as in managing and developing the growing portfolio of investments.
Prior to joining Novo Holdings, Nis was a Consultant with the Boston Consulting Group in their Copenhagen office. During his time with BCG, Nis worked primarily with Corporate Development and Strategy.
Nis holds a MSc in Finance and Accounting and a BSc in International Business from Copenhagen Business School.
