Camilla Sønderby joins the Novo Holdings Advisory Group

Novo Holdings is pleased to announce the appointment of Camilla Sønderby to the Novo Advisory Group (NAG), an expert panel of senior industry leaders that supports Novo Holdings in analysing and monitoring its larger life science investments.

Camilla Sønderby has more than 20 years’ international leadership experience from major pharmaceutical companies, most recently at Takeda, where she headed global portfolio commercialisation and global commercial excellence and was member of the executive committee.
Prior to joining Takeda in 2019, Camilla held various senior operational and strategic positions at Shire, Abbott (now AbbVie), Roche and Schering Plough, covering Europe, USA and Asia. In addition to working with pharma commercialisation, portfolio strategy and collaborating closely with R&D, she has extensive general management and transformation experience. Camilla began her career as management consultant at McKinsey & Co.

Camilla holds a MSc in Political Science from the University of Copenhagen.
