Novo Holdings is pleased to announce the appointment of Chaerhan Chun to the Novo Advisory Group (NAG), an expert panel of senior industry leaders that supports Novo Holdings in analysing and monitoring its life science investments.
Chaerhan Chun is an investment professional with extensive experience in cross-border private equity, corporate development and strategic investments across Asia, Europe and the US. With her deep knowledge of the Southeast Asia region and primary focus on healthcare, life sciences and growth platforms in emerging markets, she brings insights that are highly relevant to Novo Holdings’ investment activities in Asia.

Driving growth and innovation
Chaerhan Chun has extensive experience leading global investments, driving growth, transformation and innovations.
For almost a decade, she has held senior investment and corporate development roles within SK Group – most recently as Head of Vietnam Investments – where she was responsible for originating, structuring, and executing cross-border investments and partnerships. Her experience spans buyouts, minority growth investments and complex carve-outs across Southeast Asia, the US and Europe. She has led transactions from origination through execution and post-investment value creation and is experienced in working with management teams and boards to drive growth and strategic outcomes.
Prior to her time in SK Group, Chaerhan has worked in investment banking in South Korea and the US, including for J.P. Morgan.
Chaerhan Chun is a member of YPO, the global leadership community of extraordinary chief executives.
