Novo Holdings appoints Helle Bach as Chief People Officer

In her new role, Helle Bach will join Executive Leadership team, drive talent strategy and recruitment, and oversee human resources functions across Novo Holdings’ seven offices worldwide.

Copenhagen, Denmark, 3 November 2025 – Novo Holdings, a leading life sciences investment firm, today announced the appointment of Helle Bach as Chief People Officer, effective 1 November, 2025. In her new position, Helle will drive talent strategy and recruitment and oversee all human resources functions across Novo Holdings offices in Europe, North America, and Asia. She will join the Executive Leadership Team.

Helle brings to Novo Holdings more than 20 years of experience in the People function, most recently as Executive Vice President, Group HR at DSV, Denmark’s second-largest company by market capitalisation. Prior to this, she was Vice President, Corporate HR at Egmont International Holding. Over the course of her career, she has led global talent attraction strategies, implemented global leadership training programs, and created and streamlined integrated HR processes and policies supporting company goals and culture across geographies.
