Amy Kacprowicz joined Novo Ventures (US), Inc. as an Office Manager in the Boston location. In 2023, she joined the People & Organization team as an HR coordinator, supporting HR operations in the Boston and San Francisco offices.

Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hobart and William Smith colleges. In 2020, Amy received a graduate certificate in Human Resources from Northeastern University. Prior to joining Novo Ventures (US), Inc., she held various positions in healthcare administration, providing project and administrative support.
