Danni Lin

Danni joined Novo Holdings A/S in 2023 and handles various legal matters pertaining to the company, including in relation to investments and divestments as well as general corporate and commercial law matters.

Prior to joining Novo Holdings A/S, Danni was a corporate associate in the New York and Hong Kong offices of Davis Polk and the Hong Kong offices of Gibson Dunn, where she represented corporates, financial institutions and private equity sponsors on a variety of M&A and capital markets transactions.

Danni holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from Duke University.
