Elena Yang

Elena joined the Growth Investments team at Novo Holdings in 2025. Prior to Novo, she was a private equity associate at H.I.G. Capital, where she worked on investments across a broad range of sectors. Before H.I.G., Elena was an investment banking analyst in the technology group at Bank of America.

Elena holds a B.S. in Finance and Statistics from the Wharton School and an M.S.E. in Data Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
