Elle Metzger

Elle Metzger joined the Novo Holdings Boston office in 2025 as Senior Legal Counsel.

Prior to joining Novo, Elle served as legal counsel at Boston Consulting Group, where she supported M&A and strategic transaction initiatives. Prior to that, Elle was an Associate at Goodwin where her work focused on an array of private company transactions, including complex US and cross-border growth equity investments, mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, direct secondary and private company liquidity programs, as well as general corporate matters.

Elle holds a J.D. from Boston College Law School, and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame.
