Jeffers joined Novo in 2022 as receptionist in the San Francisco office. In April 2023, joined Novo Growth in the San Francisco location as a Personal Assistant.

Jeffers will complete his Bachelor of Arts degree from San Francisco State University. Prior to joining Novo Holdings, he was a full-time student and previously worked at Dell Technologies as an inside sales representative.
