Karim Aoussar

Karim joined Novo Holdings as an Associate in March 2022. He participates in sourcing, execution and portfolio management of private equity & venture capital investments.

Prior to joining Novo Holdings, Karim worked at Nordic Investment Opportunities where he invested in alternatives across private equity, infrastructure, real estate and private credit. Subsequently, Karim worked for Goldman Sachs in London where he gained experience within asset management. Besides Karim’s experience as an investment professional, he worked as a Teaching Assistant in Advanced Statistics at the University of Copenhagen.

Karim holds a MSc in Economics and Finance from the University of Copenhagen and has completed coursework at the London School of Economics and Harvard University.
