Katrine Mark Sejling

Katrine joined Novo Holdings in 2026 as Programme Manager in the Strategy Office, where she is part of the Programme and Projects team.

Prior to joining Novo Holdings, Katrine held a Strategy Lead role at Novo Nordisk's Executive Office, where she drove strategy execution, governance structuring, and organisational transformation. She brings cross-sector experience as a strategic advisor and project manager spanning the legal, financial, pharmaceutical, and media intelligence sectors.

Katrine holds an MSc in International Marketing and Management from Copenhagen Business School.
