Lauren joined Novo Holdings in 2024 as an Associate in the Principal Investments group. Prior to Novo Holdings, Lauren served as an investment banking analyst in the Life Sciences group at Guggenheim Partners for two years.

Lauren holds a BS in Neuroscience from the University of Texas at Austin and a MS in Finance from Vanderbilt.
