Louise Rønberg

Louise joined Novo Holdings in May 2026 as Programme Manager in Strategy and People, where she is part of the Programme and Projects team.

Prior to joining Novo Holdings, Louise worked at Novonesis, contributing to the post-merger integration of Chr. Hansen and Novozymes. She has a background in management consulting, strategy execution, digital transformation, and programme management, with prior roles at Novozymes, LEO Pharma and KPMG.

Louise holds an MSc in International Business, a BSc in International Business and Politics from Copenhagen Business School, and studied Environmental Economics at Harvard University.
