Lyra Mao

Lyra joined Novo Holdings Asia in October 2025 as Legal Counsel. Prior to joining Novo Holdings, Lyra worked as an associate for more than four years in Han Kun Law Offices, mainly specialising in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, and general corporate legal matters.

Lyra holds a Master of Laws degree from University College London and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Nanjing University. Lyra is admitted to PRC bar and qualifies as a solicitor of England and Wales.
