Mark Lee

Mark Lee joined Novo Holdings in 2025 as a Vice President in the Planetary Health Investment team and is based in the San Francisco office.

Prior to Novo Holdings, Mark worked in corporate development at Sidewalk Labs (Alphabet’s urban innovation arm), incubating a mass timber construction platform delivering sustainable, pre-fabricated buildings. Before Sidewalk, Mark was an Associate at FFL Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, focused on industrial technology buyouts. Mark started his career in technology investment banking at Lazard Freres and RBC Capital Markets.

Mark holds an MBA from Stanford University, and a BA in Philosophy (First Class Honours) and BComm in Finance from the University of Calgary.
