Matthew Greene

Prior to joining Novo Holdings US Inc., Matthew was Director and Tax Counsel at Organon & Co, where he focused on business development, transaction support, and tax planning.

Before that, he was with KPMG LLP, advising clients on crossborder mergers & acquisitions, including due diligence, transaction structuring, tax and financial modeling, and purchase agreement review, as well as broader tax consulting on a range of matters.

Matthew holds an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law, and a B.S. in Accounting from Northeastern University.
