Rafal Rybak

Rafal Rybak joined Novo Holdings in March 2026 as Executive Assistant in Planetary Health, where he supports the Planetary Health Partners.

Prior to joining Novo Holdings, Rafal worked as Executive Assistant at McKinsey & Company and Boston Consulting Group. Most recently, he served as Project Manager at Novo Nordisk.

Rafal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance & International Business and a Master’s degree in Investment and Real Estate.
