Sarah Marie Andreasen Bovbjerg

Sarah joined Novo Holdings in April 2026 as Senior P&O Partner in the People & Organisation team.

Sarah’s role will be two-fold; she will act as Senior P&O Partner providing leadership sparring, driving strategic workforce planning and other topics linked to the people agenda. In addition, she will also act as a Learnings & Development Partner with responsibility for our peer group trainings, Novo Academy, and leadership programme.

Prior to joining Novo Holdings, Sarah worked at Novo Nordisk since 2010 where she has worked across the entire value chain in various roles as specialist, HR leader, and HR Business Partner. Latest, Sarah has been Senior HR Business Partner for NN Enterprise IT, also responsible for developing talent and driving leadership programmes. Previously, Sarah headed up the Talent Acquisition team for NN Europe and had several other roles in International Operations and Global P&O.

Sarah holds a MSc in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School.
