Victoria Meulengracht

Victoria joined Novo Holdings A/S in July 2026 as PMO Specialist in the Strategy Office, where she is part of the Programme & Projects team.

Prior to joining the Programme & Projects team, Victoria held the position of Junior Analyst in the People & Organisation team, where she supported the Talent and Operations teams across a range of operational and people-related initiatives.

Victoria holds an MSc in Business Administration and Psychology.
