Jan Simoni Jørgensen

Jan joined Novo Holdings A/S in December 2018 as Senior Specialist in Finance & Operations where he joined the F&O team. In March 2024, Jan transferred to NH P&O, Total rewards and Operations.

In P&O, Jan kept parts of his work portfolio from F&O including global salary and bonus controlling, the car policy and FTE management and Budget.

Jan is working on various projects such as establishment of the NH office in India and the establishment of the AIFM as well as having a role in the management of the LTIP program.

Prior to joining Novo Holdings A/S Jan was employed by Zebra A/S (Flying Tiger Copenhagen) where he was part of the Group Finance as Senior Financial Controller for more than 3 years. Prior to this Jan spent 2½ years with Dako (Agilent Technologies) as Head of Financial reporting and Tax as his last position. Prior to this Jan has been working as Financial Controller for various companies such as MSC, Coloplast, Danisco and Maersk.

Jan holds a MSc in Business Administration and Commercial Law (Cand.Merc.Jur) from Aarhus Business School.
