Jorge Montes Schütte

Jorge joined Novo Holdings in March 2023 as a Business Partner in the People & Organisation team. Prior to joining Novo Holdings, Jorge was employed at Bain & Co as a Professional Development and Staffing Manager. Prior to this Jorge worked in Staffing and Career Development at BCG in Denmark and Sweden.

Jorge holds a BSc in International Relations from Universidad Iberoamericana and a MSc in Human Security from Aarhus University.
