Pernille Freddy Nielsen

Pernille Freddy Nielsen joined Novo Holdings as an Executive Assistant to CPO Petrina Knowles Gjelstrup in the People & Organisation team in 2025.

Pernille holds an Academy Profession degree in Management from CPH Business, which she completed in 2021. Prior to joining Novo Holdings, she worked at Valtech, where her most recent role was as Finance & Business Operations Manager. She also has experience as a Project Coordinator and Executive Assistant at Valtech.
