Serena Chew joined Novo Holdings Asia in June 2023 as Head of P&O Asia.
Prior to joining Novo Holdings, Serena was a Vice President for Organisation & People from Temasek International Pte Ltd and has previously worked for Korn Ferry International.
Serena holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biotechnology from the National University of Singapore and has a Master in Biomedical Engineering from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore.
